TRINKEY CONFIGURATOR
Make your switches yours.
Customizing your switch bindings is optional. Your NARBE kit already uses Spacebar and Enter (Return).
First visit with your Trinkey
Open the configurator in desktop Chrome or Edge with a mouse and keyboard. Plug in one Trinkey. If it already connects, you can choose your bindings straight away.
If it needs setup, open First-time setup. Follow the guide to double-press the physical reset button, select the BOOT drive, then select CIRCUITPY when it appears. The website handles the update and files for you. Wait for its completion message, eject the drive, and unplug/reconnect.
Choose and save your bindings
Click Connect your Trinkey and approve the device connection. Choose a key or mouse button for each switch, or capture a key using your computer keyboard. Click Save to Trinkey. Mouse buttons act at your pointer’s current position.
Test both switches
Start the switch test, then press and release each physical switch. When both pass, the page ends test mode and shows All set! Your saved bindings remain on the Trinkey after unplugging.
Return to Spacebar and Enter
Click Restore defaults, then Save to Trinkey. Do this before returning to Benny’s Hub, SwitchedGames, or another app using the same Space/Enter controls.
Recovery and help
First-time setup keeps a recovery copy in this browser on this website. Its recovery options can restore the earlier device software. Clearing browser data or changing browsers/websites does not transfer that copy; an optional download lets you keep a copy yourself.
